What can I upload?
mp4, mov, webm and gif files up to 200 MB, or a link from TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X or a public Telegram channel. Screen recordings work too.
When exactly am I charged?
Never before you see the match count. The scan and the preview are free; unlocking the full report costs $0.90, taken from a wallet you top up with $1.90 minimum — enough for that search and the next one.
What happens if there are no matches?
You are not charged for the Scan preview at all. If a paid search comes back empty, half the unit price returns to your wallet automatically.
How long is my video kept?
The source file is kept for one hour after the analysis, so you can run a Trace on it without uploading it again, and then it is deleted. The results are kept for 24 hours.
